Welcome to Grade 11 English at Bishop Allen!
You’re a senior now! Your goals in English will remain the same: to think critically about a text and communicate your ideas with clarity and sophistication!
Grade 11 students will study non-fiction essays or short stories, read one or two dramas, read one or two novels, engage in a poetry unit, work on an Individual study project, and write a final exam. The level of study in grade 11 affect the texts and assignments that you will perform.
